Phone number must be included.  Do not post newswapsuntil you have sent a copy of the swap to the group owners so that theycanread it and make certain everything falls within the guidelinesestablishedfor the group.  If you have any issueswith a swap participant,pleasebring it to us OFF THE BOARD so that we may take care of the problem.Hostingcan be stressful.  Please allow us totake care of any difficultissuesfor you.&amp;nbsp;3)SWAPPERSBeforeyou sign up for swaps, make certain your name and address are in thememberdirectory database.  Do your best to makegorgeous and/or creativeitemsto swap.  Always include return postageand an envelope or returnaddresslabel(if requested by the host).  Pleaseread each individual swap’srules.  Please pay attention to packagingrequirements and postage requirements. All swaps on are required to be postalto the host on the last day of the month for which it is due.  Mailing prior to the due date is always bestas nobody is a fan of waiting until the last minute.  Please keep in mind that if you do wait untilthe last day of the month, it is requested that you mail it out via USPSPriority Mail so that it will reach the host in a reasonable amount of time forher to swap it out.  All swaps areEXPECTED into the hands of the host by the 5th day of the month proceeding thedue date.  If you cannot meet this date,it is your responsibility to notify the host IMMEDIATELY!&amp;nbsp;4)FLAKINGWhatis a flaker?  If you are a swapparticipant, not gettingyouritems in to the host on time or at all is flaking.  Can’t complete yourswapobligation on time? Flakers and participants who are chronically latemakeit rough on everyone.  Please only signup for swaps that you know youcancomplete in the time period specified. We will always been flexible andaccommodatingwhen things come up ON OCCASION and WITH communication.
