		<title>Mailing Guidelines</title>
		<link>http://sstp.forumotion.com/mailing-guidelines-f4/-t1.htm</link>
<description>Mailing instructions are very simple but very important. Please read the guidelines carefully as we are adhering to this policy in a strict manner. 1. Prepare all items with your best efforts. Then wrap each item individually with Saran wrap or a ziploc baggie. Cards are the only items that do not have to be individually wrapped. They can be bundled into one ziploc bag. 2. All swaps MUST be labelled with the following information: Swap name, your name, DUE DATE and item name. This will help the hostess tremendously when she is checking in your items. Many people call this information a &quot;swap card.&quot; 3. All items must include enough return postage PLUS 2 extra stamps in the event the return package weighs more PLUS a return label. Please do not forget to enclose your return label. Return envelopes are NOT needed. We recycle as much as we possibly can. DO NOT use metered stamps with a date on them. The post office has told me you can use them but they cannot have a date. We prefer not using metered postage at all. If you wish to have delivery confirmation, you must enclose enough postage for that as well. We will not take responsibility for the packages once they leave our hands.</description>
